30 days to make a change - Consistent, Calm, Adult Behaviour
Using examples and/or thoughts and reflections you have had during this module, decide on one adult behaviour that you will focus on above all others for the next 30 days.
Some examples of this that other course users have decided on are:
Meet and greet at the door with a hand shake every day
Avoid remonstrating learners who behave poorly publicly
Not shouting or using threatening tones or aggressive body language
For the next 30 days you will commit to this chosen adult behaviour and you will pay attention to the impact it is having upon the behaviour of others around you. Tell your colleagues what you are doing, if you are brave enough tell your learners also. Commit to it wholeheartedly.
During the 30 days, you will keep a record of the changes you are noticing, how people respond to this change, any positive influences you notice. After the 30 days, you will need to submit your experience and impact of the change you have made. You can submit these reflections on the Pillar 1: Consistent, Calm, Adult Behaviour Online Course.
