We had a great time talking to Heath Monk this week. Heath has just taken over as Executive Director of the Schools of King Edward VI in Birmingham. He was previously Chief Executive of The Future Leaders Trust, which he led from a small start-up to its present position as an established and highly regarded leadership charity.
As well as creating more than 160 new head teachers, the Trust is notable for its recent work in designing and delivering Executive Educators, a development programme for those leading Multi Academy Trusts.

We want to hear your students’ view on behaviour

It might be a child who has experienced difficulty and has found a new path or a child who vehemently disagrees with the way behaviour is managed. It might be a recording of a child in reflective mood or indeed in the mood to rage at the world. More details…
