Behaviour E-Mentoring – 1 Hour of Email or Telephone Support
Pivotal trainers will respond personally to emails from individual teachers giving sound advice and strategies for managing student behaviour.
Alternatively teachers will have a phone number to speak to a Pivotal trainer directly and receive personal support and guidance. In addition there will be live support by MSN messenger service. Our direct phone support line will be open at agreed times along with online support.
Service Agreement: This service is charged by the hour. On average we can provide detailed, personalised responses to 6 emails an hour. We will log the hours we spend working for you/your school. Pivotal will respond to 80% of all emails within 24 hours and to all at least within 3 working days.
